Well internet has been down for 1.5 hours now. Residential faults said line testing was ok but still no internet. Telstra seem to be doing everything possible to avoid sending out a technician.

I have the NBN gateway max, I have restarted the gateway max and even tried another gateway max that I had in the house. Neither helped on my case.
