Hi Doesn't,

I have located your complaint & contacted the case manager plus their supervisor so that you may be provided with an update as soon as possible

I expect you'll be contacted within the next 2 business days however please let us know if this doesn't occur

 

I suspect the body corp would need to accept all the requirements to have this work done

You can also check when NBN will be available at your address via http://www.nbnco.com.au/connect-home-or-business/check-your-address.html

Additionally, we also have wireless broadband as an option if you still want to get online in the meantime https://www.telstra.com.au/broadband/mobile-broadband however if ADSL is available, you may want to consider that option.
