I've been in a very long battle with telstra, trying to get cable broadband into my apartment. I have foxtel cable port that should allow the use of cable broadband as well. There are however number of problems.l
First, Teslrta continue to insist the unit exists on the floor above where it actually is. It's on 13th floor, not the 14th becuase the of this, the commerical quote mails keeps getting lost in apartment mail limbo. The second issues, despite a foxtel tech contractor saying that the foxtel runs of telstra lines, Telstra claims to that there is no available cable available at this address despite subtantial amount of evidence to contrary. I suspect the the incorrect address is partly the reason this is coming up as a false negative. I have made several calls to get the address corrected and the commerical so I can process and finally get a cable broadband order proccessed. Tomorrow, I was promised that that I would called on the 18th, around 12pm however given how long it's taken, I am posting to see if anyone can help me resolve this. I am trying to use the interent with twitch and youtube and adsl will never be able to provide the speed necessary to the do the job. Any help would be appreciate.
