I'm sorry to hear of the connection issues that you have been experiencing at the same time in the evening and this does sound as though it may be a congestion issue, if this is happening at the same time each evening. How does the service run at other times of the day and how long do these connection issues last for? What are the speeds that you receive and also how is it that you are connecting to the modem, was it via a WiFi connection or an Ethernet cable?
