As this is a public forum and not a normal contact method, there is a limitation on the help that can be provided on account specific issues like your second one, however with the second one, your best bet is to call 132200 between 9am and 9pm and say "disconnect" and you will get a specialised disconnection team in Adelaide.

With the first one - So the Wifi is working when you have nothing in ethernet ports and then the wifi is deactivating when you have plugged something into the ethernet port?
