Slow Internet since churn

Hi there,

 

So I churned to Telstra 2 months exactly today thinking that I was making a smart decision however this has not been joyful.

 

I sync at a solid 8mbit and with Exetel I was getting 700-800 kb/s no worries day and night. Since the churn I'm experiencing max 200-250 kb/s.

 

I've tried many speed tests and I've attached one below.

I've spoken with your support who said I should get 6-8mbit from the map they've reference and their suggestion was to reinput my login details to my modem, which I have no idea how this is supposed to help.....except as I stated in my chat with your employee ID D618339 it resets my modem and now I'm left with no follow up and your add back link does not work due to the overload of people on support.

 

I have no phones connected, I have swapped between 3 modems, a TP-Link, Netgear & Netcomm.

 

Can you do a reset at the exchange or something? I'm paying for a service which is barely scrapping the 1.5mbit!
