Yeah just call the TIO (Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman) on Monday. The cable activations team are absolutely useless so don't waste your time with them. I contacted the TIO and convieniently when the Telstra Representative called back about my complaint the activation was completed as we were talking. It is a real shame that the cable activations team are so poor because i have had fantastic services from the Mobile arm of Telstra.
By any chance did you have one of the older modems on cable 1 or 2 and upgrade to Cable 3 with the Telstra Gateway Max i think CG6300?
