It's actually gone through to Ben and his team - rather than the people you'd have dealt with previously.
His team will get to your submission as soon as possible however they aren't here on the weekend - so there will be a delay in hearing from them over weekends.
That reference number then links directly back to your submission to ensure that it can be followed up in the future if need be.
