We are still without interneet and the Telstra Service page is still showing an undated message saying most problems have been fixed. Well I'm sorry - the fact that anyone is on ADSL1 1n this day and age is a sad reflection on your service levels anyway but to be treated as though we don't matter is an absolute insult..
Telstra can find the time to send out our bill this morning but can't find the time to tell us what's going on with the internet.
I'm currently using mobile tethering but this is using our data very quickly and means that we only have very limited access.
How about keeping us informed with messages that contain the time and date so that we know how relevant they are and also include as estimated time to fix. Surely after two days you have some idea of how long it's going to take.
Very very unhappy long time customer.
PS. I hope the CEO's multimillion pay package this year isn't going to include any bonuses.
