The worst sales Team, Tech Team & Complaints Team all the team doesn’t know how to service the customer!
First of all on 6th of april 2016 I gave the order for Telstra Lane line and ADSL 2+. For 2 weeks they didn’t reply. Called back and they kept saying that will process and let me know after month still no reply. I called again and they got me a number. After 2 ½ weeks they say that THEY DO NOT HAVE PORTS to give ADSL 2+.
These all are through complain consultant who was handling the call. Yesterday 18th May 2016 the information given to me as we have to wait for 0 to 3 months for a PORT availability also they still cannot give an ETA.
WHY can’t they do a search before they commit any customers for the port availability etc,
I was with OPTUS service provider with ADSL 2+ plan for 3 years. Now I do not have Optus or Telstra NO internet! Almost month and half now! All the calls are going to AISA which they do not care the customers and they do not know the emergency of customers sitting in Australia…
ALSO they DO NOT HAVE ANY SOLUTION FOR CUSTOMERS. My advice for anyone all the staff who are working for TELSTRA are not efficient and they are DUMP XX.
Where is the Telstra management team???? What they are doing with all these issues!
