If you contact 13 22 00 for residential or 13 20 00 for business, you can say disconnections and speak with the saves team. We should be able to reconnect your mobile broadband services so you have something for internet connectivity.

 

With NBN, it becomes a legal cease sale of copper/cable service. If NBN IS available, then you'll need to contact a provider to connect NBN.

 

You can check if NBN is ready for service via http://www.nbnco.com.au you can also register to be alerted when it is available if it is not yet ready for service.

 

Another site you can use to check and monitor the ready for service date is: http://www.finder.com.au/nbn-tracker/map.
