I'm so fed up with the ADSL connection i have right now. It keeps on disconnecting every few minutes, and re-connects and disconnects once again. Can't get any work done and it's simply frustrating.
I complained to Telstra regarding the issue and they sent a technician, did something to the connector box and gave me a replacement router (Technicolr TG797n v3) and the problem still persists. They said the modem is one of their top of the range modems and it just work as expected. I just can't pin point where the issue is, authentication at the router, the telephone cable, at the telstra exchange. I even registered the router once again but no luck whatsoever.
I've changed the channel to 13 from 7 or 8 which it was previously.
I have been a Telstra customer for 13 years and this service is really appaling. To top all that, i get a relatively mediocore 1-2 Mbps download speed when at the router it connects at 10 Mbps (at times). At the time of writing it's connecting at 7.9 Mpbs at the router.
This is part of the log from the router. If anyone can help me out I would really appreciate it. I am not paying Telstra so much of money every month for a service like this.
