Frequent DNS issues

It's been a few weeks now that I have issues accessing certain sites and, in Chrome, get the following error:

This site can’t be reached

The web page at http://pm.automatico.com.au/ 
might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
Go to http://automatico.com.au/
Search Google for automatico au
ERR_NAME_RESOLUTION_FAILED

I can see the site via a proxy server and http://www.downforeveryoneorjustme.com/ confirms it's up.

I get the same error for a number of sites too. And after a while I am able to access them again.

I'm a cable user.
