My BigPond not activated - want to change line profile.

When login to My Bigpond it comes up with a message that says.....

 

"We are working on activating your BigPond service. You can check the progress of your order by visiting our online Order Tracker.

Some of your online account functions are not available until your service is activated."

 

I've been a Telstra customer for over a year, so could someone please activate My BigPond account?  I rang tech support but they were no use and just said they will activate it as soon as possible so I gave up trying to explain to him.  

 

I believe I need to login to My BigPond to change line profiles which is described here:  http://crowdsupport.telstra.com.au/t5/General-Internet-KB/How-To-Change-your-ADSL-Line-Profile/ta-p/110182

 

I can log into My Account, but there is no option to change line profiles there.
