We've been through our provider (Westnet) since February and have done all the tests, new modems, etc and Telstra tech told us there are problems with backhaul links at Newtown Toowoomba exchange to Wilsonton Heights -- when will this be fixed please? I have had issues with speeds 7am-midnight EVERY DAY between 0.2Mb/s and 2Mb/s (should be 6Mb/s most of the day) and I CANNOT run my Web Design/Computer Repair business with this - it's atrocious speeds. When will Telstra Whole fix this issue for good, or are we expected to wait until November when the NBN finally arrives? Thankyou, Carl
