I feel your pain. Mine has never reached 400kb/s. Never. I don't bother to call. They will use line speed in place of download speed anyway. I am happier collecting screenshots of the massive ripoff to use when I get the time in future, with the occational vent on this page when it's intolerable; as a record of emotional distress.
