This worked for me:
1. Right-click the start button in the bottom left of the screen.
2. Click "Command Prompt(Admin)
3. When the confirmation window pops up, click yes (allow changes)
4. type in the following:
netsh winsock reset
5. Hit enter
6. Restart your computer.
