It is still poor business and customer service that Telstra Retail and Wholesale divisions communicate poorly. Retail basically read off the screen. If it says i cannot have ADSL1, they say i cannot have it. The annoying part is that 'No One' will go the extra mile and find out. I can only assume that if two Technical people, who have been to site, can say connecting to the RIM Box is the solution. WHY can someone not arrange this. Everyone seems to cover their butts. Oh Sorry, we cannot Guarantee that.
It is very frastrating knowing there is a solution, but, nobody want to HELP.
