I can appreciate how frustrating this would be for you.
When it comes to organising relief for congestion, this needs to go the Network planning Team for approvals. Unfortunately we are unable to resolve this issue for all affected areas at the same time.
You'd need to lodge a Complaint Lodging a complaint with Telstra so that a Case Manager can be assigned to investigate your speeds and the services in the area.
