Since October 2015 my Telstra Cable Broadband has suffered extreme speed fluctuations.
I had Telstra Cable Broadband in Pymble, NSW with regular speeds of 110/3.5Mbps for 1 year.
Then moved to Illawong in August 2015, and had the same speeds.
Since October 2015 however my Cable Speed is ok during the day, running between 50 to 110 Mbps down and a constant 2.5 up. From late afternoon through until the late evening my cable speed drops to between 12 and 0.8 Mbps and is still able to maintain approx. 2Mbps up.
I have called Telstra mulitple time, they have sent technicians, replaced modems and have decided to tell me know that there is nothing they can do and that I just have to accept how it is or move to a different provider.
I am paying for a speed boost on this connection as well !!
Where is the customer service ?
There is a severe lack of technical ability also !
What are you doing Telstra, I am sure that you have wasted that much money and pretending to diagnose and fix my problem that you could have upgrade the necessary backhaul in Illawong to cope with the peak traffic.
Please address this Telstra, as I am paying for a premium service.
