Broadband constantly dropping out.

Hi there,

 

I've been having the following issue for about 2 months now. My Broadband internet continually will drop out for 10-30 seconds every minute or so. It seems to occur at mostly around the same time every day, between 7am - 8am and 7pm to 8pm. Occasionally it will do it at random times throughout the day. It is very frustrating when doing things that require you to be connected all the time. Even browsing is troublesome. 

 

I have a Netgear Gateway CG3100D-2 Telstra modem. The modem is connected to my PC via ethernet cable and I have 3 wireless devices also connected. All are affected by the dropouts. The connection is super fast most other times, but when the dropouts come it can be very annoying as I've said. Some people suggest getting a new modem or bridging a router to my current one. 

 

I have spoken to Telstra support once and I have repeatedly tried what they have suggested. So what else can I try? Call again? I'm open to any suggestions if anyone has any! Let me know if you need me to post more info.
