Hey there Qwerty, yeah we've asked for them to unshape our internet they said they would and they did for a brief amount time. But lately it's gone back to the same old shaped internet. Each time we've called them to ask if anything has come up they keep giving us the excuse of, "We'll call you back when we know something."
This is just really affecting our free time we spend together as a gaming family. We all monitor our usage on our computers and as I said earlier no one uses over 10gb hell even 2-3gbs at that.
