I'm in the same area with cable as well
figured it was just a marketing ploy to get me to pay the extra $20 a month to get 100mb download speeds
I upgraded and still getting 4mb download speed to the telstra network
On the phone to the complaints department now and Im just going to lodge a complaint with telecommunications industry ombudsman
just sick and tired of the overloaded peak times.
