Everything with the stats looks fine to me... (I haven't slept in over 30 hours so I might have missed something but I don't think so)
Have you tried the online troubleshooting tool?
As a part of it, it does a line test and line quality test which can sometimes give you an indication of a line issue, and will also get to you do standard things like isolation test which again helps isolate other issues.

It is also worth picking up the home phone if you have one connected and checking it for any unusual sounds (echo, crackling, popping noises) as this can also suggest a fault on the line which can hugely diminish ADSL quality.
