Hi Ben,

 

Thank you for your reply. You're the first Telstra staff member to respond to multiple queries regarding this in over 3 weeks.

 

Can you advise when normal service will be resumed? Can you also advise why this seems to be a problem only with Telstra. I have many friends with other telcos who are reporting no noticible change in speed.
