Hey OGJarrod,

Unfortunately this is a Consumer to Consumer support forum. With some people such as myself being employees and trying to volunteer our time outside of work help consumers like yourself. All I can really direct you to at this point is the Velocity team again. You will need to establish with them that the last fix lasted only temporarily and that there must be underlying issues (such as your modem).

Unfrotunately they are only open 8AM - 8PM AEDT. They're quite a small team with an extremely heavy workload, so you will probably be on hold for a while.

100Mbps isn't always guaranteed with the Super Fast Speed Boost. As that is the up-to speed. Please note that if your connection is recent, it can throttle quite a bit within the first 1-2 months before settling down. However you definitely shouldn't be sitting on 1-2Mbps.
