Im having the same issue as you from all my devices and located on the Mornignton Peninsula (McCrae) but Im also receiving drop outs every 60 seconds around the clock and have a Tech coming out Monday - hopefully it will fix the drop out problem but as far as the webpages not loading and some just time out it's so frustrating, I even received a timeout message when trying to log into crowd support this morning to reply :-(
