Massive data usage

My billing period rolled over into a new cycle after being hit with a massive data usage i.e. 380gb overnight. And now it used 120gb in 3 days when no one was home and all devices were turned off we then went on Holliday as a family after using a free data top up as directed by Telstra when calling them about this issue, also changed wifi name and password, while on holiday I get a notification that the new data allowance has again been capped I've by another 150gb or so. Called tech support and was told it had been elevated to level two and I would get called on 4-5 days with results this was at the begging of jam and have no response.
