We're having a terrible time getting connected to broadband. Our Telstra case manager has said that there was a "know glitch" that had to be resolved (that was a few weeks ago). He said today that they were working on a PIID alignment. We've spent hours on the phone with technical support and Telstra, without success.
I've never heard of this issues before. Our phone line is in and working, and the address is one in which we have had Telstra ADSL before, but the login just doesn't connect us with the Internet.
I've had Telstra internet service since pre-broadband, and in nine different houses, but this one really has me stumped and it appears has Telstra as well.
