Re: Just switched to Bigpond ADSL2+ very slow speeds

Have given up trying to deal with Telstra.  Cannot get decent broadband speeds, cannot get phone help,  cannot get online 24x7 help ( you are limited to 5 minutes then help is ended) , ring the phone number on my Telstra Invoice to talk about service, then told it is the wrong number,  go to Telstra shop and told cannot help me because my number is a buisness  account (account is old fax line , is billed in my private name and at my home address,  ring up Telstra Business and told I have a consumer account .  Told by Telstra staff Ithey do not have Fibre, or Cable or NBN in my area (Frenchs Forest, a main  street ) .  So now switching to another carrier , who has offered cable, fast speeds 30 mpbs - 100mbps and slightly cheaper.
