ADSL Port Availability in Sydenham

Hi,

I'm trying get internet connected to my new house in Hillside, (Sydenham) 3037.

I've been told that we're on a RIM exchange and therefore only Telstra operates ports in the area but there's no available ports.

I've looked into the Available ADSL Capacity – Exchanges report, but how do I know which Site Area my address falls under when there are three sites in Sydenham?

I work from home so really need to get internet connected ASAP but I can't seem to get any answers as to how long it will take.

I just get told that I have to keep putting bids in to tell if it gets rejected or accepted but how often am I meant to put a bid in? The above report says its only updated every month but according to last month there is available ports in my area. 

How do I know what Site Name is for my address? Whats the difference between the three given ports?
