I have a business CABLE line that, prior to Christmas, was 35 MB/s download and 5.4 MB/.s upload. Now, after Christmas I have 35 MB/s download and 0.7 MB/s upload. My customer's are saying that it is badly effecting Skype. It now takes 4 hours to upload files whereas before CHristmas it was 25 mins. I contacted Telstra support and was told that they had NO control of upload speed on CABLE , only download. So, I pay for cable instead of ADSL and am now limited to 0.7 MB/s upload. They said that they will send out a technician on Thursday so I am hoping that they find something wrong. But Telstra has NO control of upload speed on CABLE!
