Since the last 4 days, there is no Internet in Quakers Hill / Acacia Gardens area. Service status page of Telstra says that there is some interruption and ETA is 11th Jan at 6pm.
Can you believe that in this day and age, in a developed country like Australia, in the metropolitan of Sydney, there is no Internet for the last 4 days? The first call to support was a surprise as they even didn't know there was outage and it was only when I pointed out to them that service status page says that there was outage.
Telstra cable broadband is the most expensive on the market and charges a premumum but very disappointed with this 4 day outage. I work from home these days and suffering a huge loss ($45 per hour). Who is going to pay for that? Who is going to compensate for the frustration and mental agony?
Already lodged a complained with Telstra and begged them to do something about it. No response yet.
Is there some manager or someone monitoring what's going on at the grassroot level? I cannot believe that Telstra's technician don't work on Saturday and Sunday. That's unbelievable in this 21st century.
Very disappointed.
