Ok now been having similar issues. After a lot of research, it seems a lot of it is caused by DLM on some ports. A the moment my modem will not even sync when DLM is active in the early morning. I am waiting on a tech to come and investigate our situation. Are you running the technicrap telstra modem or an after market? After market is recomended ... reduces stress lol - technicrap can take 3-5 minutes to boot and just got a TP link that take about 30 seconds to boot, and has a lot more for monitoring etc also.
