Re: 3 Day Outage - Details please!!!

Hi Johrya,

 

It's never great to hear of an outage going on for so long. 

 

Reports from the issue that we are working on, suggest that a Cable Pit has collapsed and is in the process of being replaced. 

 

At this stage, we are advising that services should be back online by 7pm on Monday 04/01/16. 

 

We appreciate your patience while we have worked on this issue. As with all outages, once services are restored, please speak with us http://tel.st/49kl to discuss a rebate for the period of time your services were offline.
