How can I restore a bigpond email account when address is @bigpond.com and service is Outlook ????

I deleted a .com account from my bigpond/outlook account and wish to restore it but it will not accept the original POP settings that it was originally set up with or alternate original mail@bigpond or outlook settings that automatically infill. Any assistance greatly appreciated as it is the same time when the new Windows 10 update has completely crashed our Incredimail account so we are not receiving our emails to any account. I am trying to restore as this was the account we used as our prime address Ron
