In addition to my previous message, I would like to add that I just got on the phone with Telstra again, the information they seem to give seems to be totally and completely inaccurate and I would dare to say 'FALSE', it looks like the only aim is to get rid of the client enquiry. I was just told that the upgrade is a technologic upgrade to ADSL 2, which I believe is not possible technologically as the RIM connections only are capable to offer ADSL1 speeds, I was told as well that there has not been increase in the ports and the Telstra report cleary says 'Date for Increased ports capable of a maximum of 8Mbps only' which I interpret that they will be more ports available with the upgrade.
Totally, completely and extremely disappointed with Telstra support information.
