Internet not working

I live in Clare south Australia, and since 5:30 (when I finished work) or be fore then. My internet has stopped working I've rest the modem and turn it off but it still isn't working.

yes, i have problems with loading videos on facebook as well.speed.net shows high speed but have issue with some sites and it is the same for all my devices (ipad, android, mac, windows)
