I have been bounced around Telstra tech support for days trying to sort this out. My customer has 2 Telstra Direct ADSL connections and wants to change the PTR record on one to reflect their exchange server SSL certificate.
Can someone please give me an email address of someone that can assist with this or a direct line to speak to someone that understands what a PTR Record is?
