The service status site is showing an outage for ADSL in Warrandyte from today to the 9th. It says some customers will have difficuties connecting to the interent. Here we have gone from an unimpressive but "normal" 3 to 5 mps to eitehr sub 1 mps to nothing at all. Part of me is optimistic that whatever the outages is means that we'll get decent service after it is fixed. But most of me is more realistic about that knowing that we'll have to wait for however many years for the NBN. But in the meantime, some fuller information about what the outage is would be helpful. What's up? What's broke, or what's being replaced, please?
BTW I know this is crowd support and the crowd isn't privy to the information I seek. But I have observed the moderators chipping in helpfully from time to time. So thanks in advance helpful moderator
