Telstra did dodgy firmware update on gateway max modem and bricked it.The modem will not connect to internet long enough to download fix before crashing and rebooting.Rang telstra, on hold for 2 hours.They denied it is modems fault or updates fault.Are they trying to get out of responsibility? You cant believe a word they say.In the meanwhile we are without internet.I am told using a non telstra modem will fix the problem.So its either go buy my own modem or wait for telstra to come clean.Its **bleep** either way.
