Hope you can be of some help. I have searched through the support pages and haven't found a solution.
Over the last month or so I have noticed our internet speeds getting slower. eg When opening facebook I can walk off make a tea and come back while the page is downloading! This is not all the time but when it is at it's slowest, other times it is just generally slow.
We have OnDemand with foxtel and the download speed is typically .4, on the odd occasion it goes to 1.2 but doesn't last long before dropping back down to .4
It is slow on all devices PC (conneced via cable to modem) and wifi we have a second computer, a laptop and a phone.

We have a thomson gateway TG782T
We have spent about 2.5 hours with bigpond support trying to fix this. We have done the various tests over the phone. We are not 'shaped', we have performed isolation test, reboot modem and pc, removed filter.... They have been out and there was a 'problem' which they fixed (not sure where but not in our home).... um made no difference our end.
We do not want to call back to be passed around 7 times in the one phonecall repeating tests over and over....... (staff are lovely but the passing around is total madness!)
Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated
