Very unreliable Internet connection in inner Melbourne postcode 3078

Over the past months we have been experiencing issues with slow broadband speeds.  This week we have experienced continual drop outs and have been checking solutions on this forum.

Consistently our upload speeds are rarely above 2mbps - previously thwy were 12 then 8 now crap.

I have tried calling and emailing but to no avail.  We run a small business and this is now beyond a joke.

We have followed the procedures and tips but the basic issue is that can Telstra please check the network and confirm if it is a network issue?

We live in the inner city and should not be subject to atrocious speed and customer service.

This is from a 45 year Telstra customer.

I'd welcome a prompt response please.
