its had been fixed for over a week, and then my internet dropped out for a day, called tech support and I had to "re activate" my modem, that was last week. and now today i have the same issue AGAIN plus a 159$ charge on my account for who knows what because i cant download the pdf, when i paid a bill the start of last week.
obviously the replies are going to be slow as hell here so theres no pint using your livechat form now when i WILL be calling telstra tomorrow morning because i am EXTREAMLY aggrevated right now.
