Well that has thrown me for a loop too, I'm afraid, so I can see why you're confused. My first thoughts are that something has got stuck in the cross over in the accounts and billing system.

 

Bazz, as this is a public forum, I and the others around here as customers don't have acess obviously to your account details.

 

Whilst I know you said you had made  a phone call/s regarding this, I'm not sure what area you spoke with but  I'd strongly suggest that you ensure that you are making contact with accounts and Billing, they are the ones who'll have to track this down and get in sorted.
