Hi. I'm new here and this is my first post.
So, I've been with Telstra for about 3 years now. For some reason, my internet started dropping out on me last week. I ran the internet troubleshooter and all it gave me was a reference number. I went on Telstra LiveChat, but then it dropped out on me .
Here are my details:
Reference: 18-17726
Technicolor TG797n v3
Ethernet, Wireless, WAN and Internet lights all solid green.
Internet light goes red when it dropps out.
I did an Isolation test and I had a faulty filter, replaced that, but it still drops out. Now it's connected directly to the wall.
I have a dial tone.
Plz help!
