This is a bit of an interesting one as the line speeds appear to be over ADSL1 speeds (max 8 Mbps) at 11.02 Mbps.
However a call to our Activations team on 13 22 00 will allow us to confirm whether you're connected to an ADSL2+ port or not, and if your line is configured correctly. If you aren't, and it's because ADSL2+ isn't available to you for some reason, they'll be able to let you know why, and if 's a mistake they can arrange to correct any problems for you.
