Hi all. Have received and plugged in my new Gateway Max. Per the instruction, after connection my device via wifi and accessing the gateway config I should have to go to a telstra.com/welcome web page. But I can't access the internet despite the gateway config page saying I'm connected and online. I have restated everything. I also have a myaccount set up already but only my mobile plan and not the broadband plan is showing. It's been over 2hrs and no connection to tech support on live chat yet. Any thoughts?
