We have never been able to get ADSL at our address. We have been given the complete run around by telstra and told there's no ports, then we are too far from the exchange, then that its because of copper wires that cant handle adsl. But our neighbours, just 2 weeks ago (after years of the same excuses we've been told) suddenly were able to connect to adsl. So I tried - thinking there was now hope for us, but still cant get it. What's changed that our neighbours suddenly can and we still cant... especially when the excuses weve been given in the past have been the same? Does anyone know whats the real reason when Telstra give the run around like this? Its extremely frustrating - and relying on 4G is budget breaking !!
